Please, i need some help!

I tried to root my HTC One M7, I'm not sure with what tool I did it , but Root Checker app says root access is not properly installed but now i just need my phone to be like new, unroot!

I don't know what to do, my HTC M7 is unlocked.

Please understand I'm new at this so please do easy with the terms. Thanks in advance!
