Asus zenfone 2 ZE551ML Z00A don't boot into boot loader/fastboot

My device is asus Ze551ML (z00A), it is booting normally but cant boot into boot loader. Even flash tool is not working, while flash with fashtool using raw file it shows that "serial is not

Can any one show me a way to go back to stock rom and boot into boot loader again?
