I received an update notification on my S6. I assume for Nougat. However the update fails but gives no meaningful diagnostic message, just the option to upload some logs and advice to contact a Samsung service centre.
Does anyone know where these logs are stored? I've looked through the stuff on the phone but can find nothing.
I then went into Smart Switch to do a restore (just in case) and the update showed up there, so I decided to go ahead with that method.
But Smart Switch just seems to be hanging or looping.
Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated.
