Help needed from Theme developer / editor. found best black theme but needs some mod

Hello friends,

After searching for decades n installing 100's of themes, I have found this theme which is most close to my requirement.

This theme is Apex, available on samsung theme store.
I am using pure black wallpaper & note 7 stock icons.
I want to replace the dark green color with Turquoise color.
Is it possible for somebody to edit this theme & replace the dark green color with Turquoise color?
Or can any body guide me how can I do it??
This will be the best ever theme & everybody will like it.
