Xperia C4 C5 Ultra Unlocked BL RELOCK and UPGRADE FIRMWARE

Guys stop asking how to remove root and update to new version in future such as marshmallow. You have to just follow the right steps.

If your phone rooted and has unlocked bL;

(#)(#*#)Unroot your device with supersu nor any other root removal app from playstore,

After you removed it, take your data backup, go into twrp
And restore stock untouched system backup which @bigrammy said in his Thread. If you dont have a system backup, you have to find one for your specific model xperia.

(#*#)After that, do a factory reset incase of preventing any other problems.

(#*#)After you done it, dont open the phone just power it off, [relock bootloader. Or skip] go into flashtool in pc

Follow the instructions and relock your bootloader. Then unplug your phone but dont open, if it opens just turn it off normally

(#*#)After you have come this far, open xperia companion and go into software update, repair phone. When it asks for device follow the steps and it will automatically download, wipe and install the fresh latest update.

Thats all...

If you only have root and locked bootloader just do the steps which have (#*#)

If you modified your system with only root, it may give you modified system error in flashtool. Then you have to unlock BL and do all the steps starting from (#)

The short version is if you have bootloader unlocked phone its easier but if you have rooted and modified system you have to do a lot more stuff.

You can just flash correct ftf file with flashtool from flashmode if you have locked bootloader but i know you people are lazy and dont understand this stuff. You may get your partitions messed up like i did twice:D

Dont forget to give a thanks if this guide helped you ^_^
