Problems Flashig MXQ-4k tv box firmware upgrade from kitkat to 5.1

I am trying to flash upgrade the firmware in my android mxq-4k box using the sd card method. Once I manage to enter the android setup page I get this error message; "no command".

What does it mean? What am I doing wrong?
