I have this issue going on for the past 72 hours and I m not sure if it's hardware problem or simply a problem with T-Mobile sending out the data to me device???
Brand new sim 48 hours ago from T-Mobile! (Open ticket with them)
Huawei/Honor are a waste of time... It's sad when I know more than their own csr's.
Huawei directed me that they can't do anything to remedy the situation, they said I could root my phone and install a different ROM(which would void the warranty???
OK obviously not gonna void warranty i may need if radio has gone bad?!
I get T-Mobile service to automatically connect but after a minute it goes back to no network connection.
Hard resets, different apns have not fixed this.
I do not want to send it in and be without the phone for a week just to find out it's got bad hardware.....
A little background I was tethering on T-Mobile at about 50 megabytes per second the next thing you know I lose all data connection and network connection and I am now still without data connection or network connection.
T-Mobile's putting the blame on Huawei and Huawei is putting the blame on they don't know? But they insist that I can't upgrade the software or downgrade to Suffer Without sending them into them?
Please help this is a waste of $200 bucks to me at the . moment. ( I have been using Android since it first came out on the G1)
