Hi,
I have been going back and forth with the support to diagnose bad battery life. I have owned multiple devices, but the support is giving baby steps that does not help at all. We know that we don't have root or unlocked boot-loader to develop & maintain our devices. Samsung is becoming useless, they cannot provide real solutions and they wouldn't let us fix the issue. I have created this petition (link below) JUST to make Samsung acknowledge that there are issues with battery life when it comes to multiple devices. I am hoping that they realize that this is something they need to work on especially with the release of Android N. T-mobile offered to replace my phone with a different one, but I don't think it's my hardware issue.
I have excellent signal, had multiple charging cycles. Safe mode, WiFi on and Off, WiFi calling on and off, GSam Battery, Roaming on and off, Always on Display on and off, Minimal apps and stock apps. Amoled themes and backgrounds. You name it! Searched the inter-webs for solutions, has been going on since the S4.
