unauthorized actions after hidden.img flash

i will start from begining.
I bought stock galaxy s6 (TWO-Croatia), about month later decided to flash it with France firmware as it has better battery consumption. did not see much improvement so i tried BTU and kept that one. later on i wanted to root it so i used CF-Auto-Root using odin, all went fine and it tripped knox. no issues either, but had no need for root and again reverted to stock TWO-Croatia firmware using odin.
well yesterday i wanted to go BTU again as it is bloat free. prior to flashing i did wipe cache and factory reset from recovery and booted it normally until setup screen (i had device security in smart manager activated before resetting phone) no problem here.
well then started odin fired up download mode, and odin failed, and phone was stuck wit message on display saying
''An error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the Emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC software''.
luckily found that i need to flash it using hidden.img, but i was not able to get into download mode so i flashed it from current state wit above message.
and it worked. the problem now is I constantly get notification saying ''Security notice, Unauthorized actions have been detected. Restart your device to undo any unauthorized changes''.
It takes me to device security in smart manager and after i restart it, phone does some software update boots up, and again in a few minutes same message appears, not only that but the phone stutters a lot when using it, it completely pauses for a sec every while, and is sluggish.
anyways i tired again to flash it, odin fails every time. found on this forums that i should put PIT file into firmware so tried that using 7zip, extracted files from stock firmware to new folder added PIT file and made new tar archive, renamed it to tar.md5 but odin report error with md5 and a no go.
i was thinking to use pit file in odin but then the re-partition check mark is checked on, and not sure about that as i am going from TWO-Croatia to UK-BTU maybe partitons are different or something else could case another problem. I did not find pit file for TWO on this forum, there is a thread with pit files, mine is missing.
I am thinking of sending it to repair service to restore it to stock, can not do it myself using smart switch or kies as it is asking for S/N which i don't have, removed the sticker from back side.
any ideas here?
