I have an NXT-AL10 with TWRP 3.0.2 as recovery EMUI4.1.
I can get into fastboot or also into TWRP, but when I try to flash anything, I get this error.

Updating Partition details....

After doing a reboot the old ROM is still installed and the phone works normally.
I have also tried Dload method with NXT-AL10C00B356 it stops at 5%, turning it off and restarting is no problem.
What am I doing wrong to flash another ROM?
