No Service after Flashing

I flashed TWRP and the Stock ROM from here - http://ift.tt/1JwEtUb (http://ift.tt/1RVKa1g) and it's showing No service after that.

I tried going to *#*#4636#*#* and it looks like radio is off. I've Moto X Play Dual Sim. Any ideas?
