siswoo C50A 4G LTE PHONE - NOT WORKING AT MY HOME - NO CALLS IN/OUT - NO TEXT IN/OUT

hi there,

i have some issues with my new 4g lte siswoo c50a cell phone..
-can someone supply me the lte APN for rogers as i think im missing something.

-I have an issue with my cell phone when i get to my home that i am unable to make or receive calls from my residence. Never had an issue with any other phone ...ever..... even my garbage ulephone be pro...
also
-i have an issue with photos that i get when they are sent to me via text MMS. Shows the download button but will not download.
please help as i believed this is the best site on line for answers.

This phone seems to work fine anytime except for when im at home.. maybe there is some resistance at my house thats causing problems.... help !!
