Reboot in applications manager

Not sure what I have done, but every time I go into the applications manager in settings and try to delete a app it automatically reboots shortly after I get into the applications manager section. I tried clearing the cache partition and I'm still having the same issue.

Any ideas what might be causing this, and if so, is there any easy fix without having to perform a factory reset?
