My LG cell phone has run into problems and I'm hoping someone can come to the rescue.
When I power on my cell it continually tries to boot up but goes no further than the LG logo.
I have tried to find a solution by searching the web and I gather the cell is in a "soft bricked" state.
I guess that I will need to perform a factory reset (power button + volume down technique)??
I would really like to recover the data on the internal memory as I have not backed up anything stupidly.
Is it possible to recovery the following data:
- phone contacts
- photos, videos
- instant messaging profile inc chats
Anything I can retrieve from the internal storage will be really helpful.
