I have a question. And I'm hoping this thread brings up debate and possibility that test may be done. But what makes certain smartwatch hardware good for running Android wear. Do smartwatches such as the Moto 360 or urbane have specific components installed to run Android wear or can technically any android smart watch be tweaked to run Android wear.
I have a full Android watch the NO 1 D5 android 4.4 so it got me thinking could Android wear be installed and ran on a full Android watch in anyway. I want some opinions on this. Thanks guys.
