I set many of my apps so notifications are blocked. Quite often that preference is changed and I start to get notifications again, and then when I go look the notifications for that app are no longer blocked. I'm wondering if it happens when I update the app (I have them set to autoupdate) but I'm not sure.
Is there a way to change this so that setting is permanent, even after updating an app?
