htc one M7 (GSM) - Fastboot USB is not coming, phone is not detected by windows

Hi Experts, I have a problem upgrading my software to latest one.
Problem is, when my phone is in bootloader mode, and the phone is connected to my PC, fastboot USB is not appearing. I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise Insider Preview. Below is the information shown in the bootloader page.
