We have two Note 7 devices and they both experience problems when connected to WiFi on Google Play and tumblr. Samsung had us erase the device cache and factory reset, neither fixed the issue. They said to swap the devices, but since both are doing it, we highly suspect that it could be the devices themselves.
Has anyone else run into this or have any suggestions on what could be the cause? The sites work fine on our old phones and on our desktop PCs.
