Automatic reboot after encryption.

Hi,

I am having a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo (N750). After encrypting the device, the phone will randomly crash and reboot on its own. This is unpredictable and will happen anytime. Mostly it happens while charging or updating apps on Google Play Store.

Before encrypting, the phone never ever showed such issues for more than 1 year. But since day 0 after encrypting, it is constantly rebooting once to thrice per day. I disabled "Smart Network Switch" in WiFi options, since then random reboot crash has come down to 3 to 4 crashes per week, but the problem has not been mitigated.

My phone is running Android 5.1.1. PFA screenshot (imgur. com/J6ANW5W) for build number and related OS version info.

My friend is having the same model, but running Android 4.4 and he is also having the same issue.

Major problems faced due to this issue:
  1. Device stuck at "Enter password to unlock". So morning alarm will not go off :(
  2. The startup tone shakes up the whole meeting room.

If you do not have the solution to issue, you can also suggest some workaround for the problems faced.

Thanks,
