Z2 stucks at sony logo... flashtool doesn`t work

Hi, to fixing a bootloop, I`d wipe cache/dalvic and later system in TWRP, (wipe system was dumb, I mixed up with "reset" system :eek:)..
Now my Z2 stucks at sony logo and won`t go further..

I try to use flashtool (v0.9.18.4) in Windows 7 and get this message:

.. after that process, the Z2 power`s On und stucks again at sony logo...

with Flashtool In XP:
- First Flashtool shows the same Error message like in windows 7 + driver musst be installed.
- Meanwhile after installing drivers, the flashing process starts but stucks shortly after beginning and get blue screen when abort or disconnect from USB.
BLUESCREEN:

usbuhci.sys address F77625AF base at F775F000. DateStamp 480254ce

.. probably my old XP system is responsible for the blue screen


btw. The fastboot on my Z2 seems Ok, but with flashmode I`m not sure.. the green LED only flashes for a mili-second. I don`t think that`s normal.
The Emma Tool is not usable yet, because locked Bootloader and PC companion Software doesn`t recognizes my Z2..

may be I have to try unlock bootloader and go with adb fastboot commands??
