S6 Edge - Odin Closed on recovery.img (softbrick?)

Hello guys, how is it going ?

Please, I was trying to install Marshmallow 6.0.1 on my S6 Edge and it took like 6 hours, suddenly odin closed when it was flashing recovery.img

Now I got that blue error message when I try to boot it.

I also tryed to reflash the same room on Odin, but it says MD5 its not valid.

I don't know what to do =[

Can anybody help me ? please!
