I found Mokee for JBBL on Android 5.1.1 compiled on March 09, 2016 over in the 4PDA forums. I'm sharing it here in the General section rather than Development section because this is most obviously not my own work and I'm not a dev.
Again, this is only for JBBL. I'm on KKBL so I have not tested this myself. Flash at your own risk. Don't blame me if flashing this causes problems!
