Hello guys I am new to Xda and would like to ask some questions before I do anything to my Samsung gear s

software version: r750xxu2b0g2
so my gear s the asia version and works with all 2g&3g in the uk
there is some apps still I another language on my watch after I paired my watch to a Samsung galaxy note 4 all other apps r in English
so my question is if I root the watch will the sim still work? and can I remove those apps ?
or is a better option to use a Uk firmeware and install using Odin and the sim still works ?
I am a complete noob at this and been doing a lot of reading but after hours of reading and my son screaming in my ear I got a headache and finaly thought I ask some experts thanks for taking ur time to read this :)
