From JB to Kitkat :
OTA : (recommended)
1. Get a strong and fast WiFi connection
2.Go to Setting > about > software update
3.Check for updates
Manually >>> (For Experts)
Steps of Update:
1. Check SKU of your device** could be ( WW , CN , TR , TW)
2. Download device software ( V11.2.3.18.2 ) form here ( Its Just a zip File )
3. Only apply to same SKU update, Example: WW->WW, CN->CN, TW->TW , TR -> TR
4. Wrong SKU may cause update failure, please update the same SKU version only.
5. Copy the zip file( you got it from step 2) in SD Card and reboot the Device
6. After a While a Notification pop's out showing an Update detected.

How to Downgrade :
From Lollipop to JB :
DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK
( Proceed with caution and do the same : Risk of losing IMEI )***Some Users reported its done successfully but some of them said they have lost their IMEI ***
*Activate Developer mode (Settings-> info-> information about software-> quickly press a finger a few times on the item build number ) (You will see a secret menu to: Settings-> developer mode> USB debugging).
**Enable the installation of unknown origin applications. (Settings-> security-> unknown sources).
1. Check SKU of your device** could be ( WW , CN , TR , TW)
2. Download the firmware of 4.3 (10.32.1.33.1) ( 4.4.2 isn't successful) from this link:
3.You end up with a file called: "UpdateLauncher_K012_XX_10_32_1_33_1.zip".
4. Extract it and you Get "UL-K012-XX-10.32.1.33.1-user.zip" file (or pull it out).
5. Rename the "UL-K012-XX-10.32.1.33.1-user.zip" to "K012_SDUPDATE.zip".
6. Copy the newly renamed file ( "K012_SDUPDATE.zip") on the root of SD card.
7. Turnoff the device
8. Go to droidboot (volume UP and POWER simultaneously).
9. Select "RECOVERY MODE" (moving to it by volume), and press the power button to confirm.
Wait for the installation of the firmware and you will be with 4.3.
Then proceed to the 4.4.2 via OTA MANUALLY .. and remember to turn off automatic downloading of firmware via WIFI .. (Settings-> INFO-> SYSTEM UPDATE -> the three dots in the upper right -> disable "Automatically download using Wi-Fi ")
Tweaks:
A lot of users complain about lollipop bugs or whatever but they are wrong
lollipop is bugless for daily usage ( in some rare cases it has bug)
Reduce lags and optimize the speed and battery life:
1. Root your device !
2. Remove these apps
Remove List:

3. Install busybox with this app
4. Install Modded mxplayer for FE170 lollipop (Lag less with 1080p even !! HW+ )
5. Install X86 Youtube app
6. Install X86 Facebook app
7. Install X86 chrome
