No screen - only fastboot - how do I Pull intern Data?

Hi guys, I am doing something wrong. Goal is to get the intern data out of the phone using ADB Pull. More specific: The notes on the device that havn't been stored in the cloud.
============================
Status: Xperia T with Cyanogenmod latest Nightly (which worked stable since the release)
Device fell on the ground. Screen broke - no touch - no visual.
Also battery broke - when plugged in with battery attached the Red LED will go on and off. On and off, on and off. Also when device is started with battery attached it vibrates, LED turns on as usual and the phone gets warm after a few minutes indicating it is up and running. When attached to a computer the USB sound will also go on and off, on and off, on and off.
============================
Bought a new screen AND new main flex cable - no effect, still no visual, on and off problems remain
============================
I can however start the phone without the battery, plugged in to the wall socket. The phone vibrates and starts as uasual (without screen). I can't start it this way when plugged in to the PC. It won't start. The green LED just lights up.
===========================
I can also hold up the VOL UP button and plug it into the PC starting fastboot mode. The blue led light is on and the PC shows in Device Management "SAMSUNG Android Phone" and below that "Androidd Composite ADB Interface".
When giving the command "fastboot devices" I see that the phone is connected and I can give commands. All the commands work.
============================
When holding VOL DOWN button and plug it into the PC the green LED lights up, the PC tells me that SOMC Flash Device is connected. The Sony Xperia Transfer does not recognize te phone.
============================
When started in fastboot and plugged into the PC and give the command "ADB devices" I can see this:
"List of devices attached"
<blank>
============================
This way I cannot give the Pull command....

Help :confused:
