paring problems with smartwatch

Hi guys,
i have a problem with my asus zenwatch 2 and my m8.
they won't paring...i tried multiple roms with the same issue...
the smartwatch connect perfectly with my other phone (samsung s6 and huawei p9)

any suggestion? thanks
