[Q] How do I Install CM13/or ViperOne from Candy(5.1.1) TWRP2.8.5.0

How do I make the jump to marshmallow 6.0 and install CM13/ViperOne as well as a newer TWRP recovery.
Every time I try I have failed at installing twrp3.0.
I have failed at installing CM13 and ViperOne.
I am currently on Candy5 android 5.1.1 NOTE: I am S-On
