Wi-Fi and Mobile Signal problems + bootloop

Hello, xda!
I've kinda screwed up my phone in some way.
I woke up one morning and I took my phone out of charge to see that it's restarting by itself. After a few hours the bootloop stopped and I could use the phone.
The next day my Wi-Fi wasn't working and that's awful. So i started flashing a bunch of roms (CM12.CM13, Cloudy, Fulmics 2.7, Fulmics 5.1, stock kdz) After I flashed all of those in the setup up menu the Wi-Fi was working. After the setup up I could use Wi-Fi to install apps and sync but then the phone rebooted and entered in bootloop again. After that the phone started but the Wi-Fi wasn't working. The Wi-Fi toggle was open but nothing happens. The phone can't even find the Wi-Fi networks.
In order to solve that I have to reboot the phone a few times(bootloop is present in those times) and I get three options.
1. The Wi-Fi is working but the carrier signal doesn't.
2. The carrier signal works but Wi-Fi doesn't
3.(Rarely) The Wi-Fi and Signal work together.
Right now I'm on the 3rd option until the phone get's a reboot.
P.S. When Wi-Fi isn't functioning the bluetooth doesn't work either.
Right now I'm on Fulmics 5.1 and I flashed the xceed kernel hoping that I can solve the battery drain. When Wi-Fi is not working the phone still uses a lot of battery with that. When the Wi-Fi is working there is no battery drain.
