Tab 2 Odin Failing

I got an unlock code from T-Mobile and unlocked my S2 ( T817T, fully updated 5.1.1 ). I downloaded Odin 3.11 and have tried all 4 TWRP files:

twrp_2.8.7.1_LL_5.1.1_t710.tar
twrp_2.8.7.1_LL_5.1.1_t810
twrp_3.0.2-1_sm-t710
twrp_3.0.2-1_sm-t810

When I start the unloack it says "FRP LOCK: OFF". For all 4 TWRP images it complets the first block of the install progress bar then fails. When it fails the screen on my S2 says FRP LOCK: ON and "Custom Binary(RECOVERY) Blocked by FRP Lock" and the console of ODIN says:
