Samsung G900L from Marshmallow to Lollipop

Sorry newbie question here. Can i still flash the custom lollipop rom specially the xtrestolite debloated rom even after i flash the official marshmallow firmware on my G900L? Its like my bootloader and modem in on marshmallow PC3 already and i like to install again the xtrestolite lollipop debloated rom will it work?thank you in advance
