(REQUEST) Universal ROM with the bare minmum

Hello, I would like to make a request (I don't know if request are allowed here or if there's a specific section for it so I'll do it here). Stock firmware and Custom ROMs come with so much stuff that most of us don't use, I know myself and a lot of others that would love a ROM that has the bare minimum, easy on the battery, universal and has no bloatware at all. with the ability to record phone calls. So I'm hoping someone could make this. If I knew how to make ROMs I'd do it and share it with you guys, but I don't. I'm hoping someone could make this for me if not could someone point me towards the right direction of how to make a ROM myself like a tutorial or something
