Power Saving notification / app

Hello guys. I got the G930F S7 and I find pretty annoying that grey notification bar when I turn powersaving on. My question is if anyone knows how to turn this off while still having power saving on. And a question for the more advanced users - do you know how this power saving default app is called e.g. "com.samsung.powersave..." something like that ? Thanks in advance for the help :( :(
