Hi, can these be Done?

HI, i am on Cm13, i want Assistive Touch and GlancePlus running Alltime in Background so they are asking to stay on notification bar allways :mad:

i dont like them to stay on notification bar, but i want them to RUN alltime in Background.. :silly:
what i must do ?:rolleyes:
