Flash baseband[the easiest way]

After searching the forum for an easy way to flash baseband(offline) and finding none that could work for me i have finally come up with a solution
REQUIREMENT
1. You have to be on a stock rom

3. Baseband kdz file >>> 21E http://ift.tt/1U68LSx

4. lg support tool to update drivers *very imPortant

PROCCEDURE
1. Use lg support tool to update drivers
2. connect the phone to pc via usb cable
3.After drivers are successfully installed open lg flash tool
4.Select kdz file
5.Select normal flash
6. choose other country and set language to english
7. click ok
8. Wait for the the process to finish
*Note
1. do not put the phone into usb debugging mode
2. Phone will automatically boot into download mode when you see it dont panic
3.You will loose root access and custom recovery

unplug your phone when it says s/w upgrade complete on the lg flash tool
