got the phone off of amazon and made sure it worked with at&ts network but as you can imagine I'm not as lucky as I would have hoped, not receiving (spotty) 4g, hspa/+, or 3g, (family member has the Asus zen one 2 laser with a perfect signal 4g/3g)

Edit: should i install a cm13 based rom? from what I've come across cm13 has modified baseband files allowing for full band access of is this just a pipe dream?
