This is a very simple guide to increase performance in Oxygen os (any version) for those of you who are sick of the lagfest sometimes experienced in OOS (i know i am). Many people just flash a custom kernel, which is a good way to fix performance. For those of you who dont want to mess around with flashing kernels (and are rooted), just download kernel adiutor (http://ift.tt/1r9OL9U) from play store and match the cpu settings to the ones i have attached here. Its basically stock cm13 settings with a modified min_sample_time. Make kernel adiutor apply settings at boot and you are good to go, no need for anything else.
