Does moving apps to SD Card mean app data backed up?

So, I'm wondering...I have moved a lot of my apps from my Internal Storage to the SD Card. I'm wondering if by doing this, when I just put that SD card into another S7 Edge and install the app, the app will be work just like it was in my S7 Edge with all tha data it had originally?

Thanks in advance for any patient response and sorry if I may hurt some susceptibilities by asking a probably nooby kind of question.
