How to flash:
1) Boot into latest TWRP and Format Data (Wipe > Format DATA > Yes) - This step is essential, and will wipe Internal Storage (Downloads, Music, Photos etc, **backup important files**)Downloads:
2) Transfer ROM to Internal Storage. This may be done in Windows via MTP, or using adb sideload or adb push ROM.zip /sdcard/
3) TWRP > Wipe > Factory reset and flash ROM.
4) Reboot.

Bricked my Device!Bootloader unlock method doesnt work!
I have a international t6UL, S-on and locked
Os-4.14.401.10
HBOOT-2.49.0000
Stuck in the bootloop,
Tried to unlock the deveice with htc bootloader unlocker , Flashed the unlock bin but it doesnt work,after flashing the bin and hitting yes it takes me to recovery but the bootloader remains locked!
Tried to factory reset & wipe but it just freezes there! tried to install a stock ota using stock recovery but it says failed to map file, I guess my internal storage got corrupted too!
Help help help !!!:crying::crying::crying::crying:

Anyone captured the OTA Blur_Version for XT1514?
I can't install the Marshmallow using ADB because my smartphone is with USB issues.

Cyanogenmod 13 user picture ARGH!
Just upgraded from Cyanogenmod 12 to 13. All good so far, but can't get rid of the user profile picture from the lock screen/notification bar in Marshmallow. I hate it and just want it disabled and hidden! I've seen a few posts on how to do it in Lollipop (I can't post links yet as I'm a new user!) but /data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databases/settings.db has moved in Marshmallow so I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help?! Thank you!

still relevant today for a low to mid range phone
I'm looking to change my iphone 5c. I know the performance of the two phones is almost the same.
This would be my first Samsung. I'm a bit scared of switching because friends of mine had S4 (not mini) variants with major issues including replacement of mainboard).
The reason I am looking at this phone is that I want something with more freedom and future proofing ( removable battery, sdcard, nfc, IR ) and a bigger screen, while being around the $150-$200 price range
So:
Would anyone recommend buying it today?
Has anyone used this phone more than a year or two? I'm looking for a phone to last me at least 2-3 years, as I don't change them that often.
How is the rom availability and performance and stability of the available custom roms?
