[Video Guide] - Step by Step Stock N6P => CM13 (or any other ROM)

I decided to make a video guide on how to take your 100% stock Nexus 6p and end up with CM13 nightly. These steps can be used to flash any other ROM as well. It covers

-Unlocking Bootloader
-Flashing TWRP
-Flashing CM13 and GAPPS
-Fixing Vendor.img issue
