[Question/Help] How do I install CWM/TWRP etc?

My phone is SM-G361F pretty sure build really doesnt matter
I just need it to be able to Install stuff like Xposed etc.

I tried to install the file "twrp-3.0.2-0-coreprimelte.img.tar" under "AP" in Odin3 but it just ****ed my Recovery and made Recovery not work at all.
